Directly from the fragrant Apulian coasts, these olives are harvested by hand during the months of November and December. The GGG denomination defines the best selection in terms of caliber, color and flavour, obtained with an accurate and skilful manual sorting. Crispy and tasty, they are irresistible as an aperitif or as a topping for pizzas and focaccias.
